Our services are intended to provide information, guidance, and support. They do not constitute legal, immigration, or regulatory advice.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date, and personalized guidance, OneWorldCare cannot guarantee:

* Eligibility for licensure

* Acceptance into a Practice Ready Assessment (PRA) program

* Admission to residency training

* Employment opportunities

* Immigration outcomes

* Registration with any medical regulatory authority

* Success on licensing examinations

Final decisions are made solely by the relevant regulatory authorities, educational institutions, employers, and government agencies.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Recommendations provided by OneWorldCare are based on the information supplied by the client at the time of consultation.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be communicated before work begins. Payment is required as agreed at the time of booking or purchase.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

Clients who need to reschedule or cancel a consultation are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be considered forfeited, at OneWorldCare’s discretion.

6. Confidentiality

OneWorldCare treats all client information and documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy & Confidentiality Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, study plans, templates, guides, presentations, written reports, and other resources developed by OneWorldCare remain the intellectual property of OneWorldCare unless otherwise agreed in writing. Materials are provided for the personal use of the client and may not be copied, distributed, published, sold, or shared without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OneWorldCare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, consulting services, or reliance on information provided.

Clients acknowledge that professional licensing, immigration, employment, and examination outcomes depend on numerous factors outside the control of OneWorldCare.
